1 Day Safari Ngorongoro Crater

Ngorongoro Crater is a place unlike any other; it is sometimes described as the 8th wonder of the world due to its uniqueness. The crater is 600m deep and is home to about 30,000 animals at any time; it has the highest density of wildlife in Africa.

At Ngorongoro Crater, you will spot the endangered black rhinos, large prides of lions, hyenas, wildebeests, buffalos, hippos and water birds along Lake Makat – a soda lake found inside the crater.  The drive from Arusha is slightly long but you will enjoy a half day of rich wildlife viewing; within a few hours of entering the crater, you will see the big five.
